Position: Operation Executive; Sales Executive
Number of positions: TWO vacancies are available for each position.
Job Requirements: Diploma or degree, familiar with the freight forwarding process, good communication skills and strong adaptability.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To identify business opportunities and needs from new customer base.
2. To lead customers into seeing the value of the company's services and formulate the relevant strategies to support business growth.
3. Continuously promote sales activities by developing new and existing accounts.
4. Maintain a good relationship with customers to achieve the predetermined targets.
5. Understand the basic responsibilities of the carrier and managing its risks.
6. Ensuring that the goods are settled on time.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent, preferably with a good command of English language ( both written and spoken).
2. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in shipping/logistics industry especially from the freight forwarding environment.
3. Able to work independently and under pressure, possess a mature team spirit and excellent communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, passionate and able to prioritize tasks.
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (a degree in Logistics, Business Studies or its equivalent preferred). On the job training will be provided. Candidates with working experience in related field will have an added advantage.
